Prior to this, Pascal gained experience as a paralegal at a mid-sized firm specializing, among other areas, in trademark, design, copyright, and privacy law. In April 2023, Pascal joined Van Kaam Advocaten and was sworn in as an attorney in June 2024.

 

In August 2022, Pascal obtained his Master’s degree in IT Law from the University of Groningen. During his studies, he completed several student internships, including at renowned law firms covering the full spectrum of intellectual property law.
